Live music performances (ANY Solo, Group, or Ensembles) booked by Theresa Ellis and/or Lodestar Productions, LLC, whether verbal, by email contact or invoice, or formal contractual agreements are subject to a cancellation fee policy of a one(1) week notice of any cancellation for any of the previously named solo/or group. Otherwise, the whole fee, or partial fee negotiated beforehand, will be due as agreed upon, in full and payable to Lodestar, timely, and in behalf of the performance group in question. Agreements for performance dates that are outdoors or otherwise in a changed venue can be remedied by providing the new venue address well in advance of the appointed day and time. Or in the case of inclement weather, a change of an appropriate area, building, or provide a sheltered area equipped with the necessary stage requirements to continue as contracted. Otherwise, payment is required despite your ability to provide appropriate space for the actual performance day and time. This cancellation Policy is in place as of January 1, 2023.
